Mentoring
"I had become really stuck and was lacking inspiration. A bit like a literary therapist, Spiri helped me to tease out why I wanted to write my book and what I wanted to convey to the reader, encouraging me to get out of my head and feel my way back into the emotions I was writing about. I’ve started to write again. Spiri is intuitive, gentle, supportive and really helps you get to the essence of whatever it is you want to achieve."

I offer one-on-one mentoring sessions to new and emerging writers.
How do they work?
The mentoring sessions are confidential, supportive and tailored to the needs of each writer. They are conducted via Skype and run for one hour, or as negotiated.
Who are they for?
They are useful for those:
- who want to embark on a larger writing project such as a memoir or novel
- who are already undertaking a larger writing project, but who feel stuck, or their project needs a kick-start
- who want to cut it in the writing industry but aren't sure where to start.
How might they help me?
Mentoring can help you:
- set (and stick!) to your writing goals
- overcome blockages
- complete writing projects big and small
- get the confidence to publish your writing.
What does it cost?
- One-hour Zoom mentoring session - $85
- Review of writing up to 2000 words (between sessions) - $100
